How I was banned from commenting in 'Justice for Beng Hock' Facebook FanPage

Azrul Abu Hassan I hope you guys can accept the fact even if it has to be a suicidal case in the end. From that point, we need to ask ourselves why did he kill himself?

Azrul, a man commit suicide before the day of his marriage? A man commit suicide few months away from his first child birth? Man, the man must be crazy to even have a thought of that! How can you explain, if he was released why was his belongings still with MACC officers? Wouldn't it make sense that they are returned? He didn't have his wallet and mobile phone at the time his death... Use logic la, cos that ain't no logical to me at all.

well if the independent inquest also has suggested that beng hock killed himself, who do you want to believe anymore?

u dont believe the MACC, thats fine, because it happened in their builiding, it's open for any conspiracy.

if u dont believe the police anymore, thats fine, because u still want to generalise that all police are bad cops.... Read more

if u dont believe the government, thats your choice, this is democracy.

but if you dont believe the royal inquest, with the likes of independent CSI like team with the likes of Gobind Singh Deo around.. i dunno what makes you already?

In addition, Mui Yee, were you there when you saw if TBH was murdered to say such things above? What is the logic to that.

Let us be a bit sensible lah. I also want to see justice over his death. But I wont be so stupid to reject any other possibilities other than murder. Like I said, if he committed suicide, and proven by many, what can I say anymore?

but if it is, what we can do is, ask ourselves why did he kill himself. this is constructive. not emotive. this is what we call justice.

Azrul, understand your concern, but is really unbelievable someone will kill himself just like that when he will start his family and becoming a father soon.
Sometime we have to ask our self, WHY? Have you ask yourself why you agree? To me, is too much of doubt for "this case" even an ordinary person like me notice it. I never study Law, but I don... Read more't think is as simple as they want us to believe Azrul.
Is your right to believe if it is suicide, but even thought at the end the case is closed and no justice is done (as usual in Malaysia), I and a lot of Malaysian don't think so.

Azrul, how can we trust the what the first pathologist said? He did not interview on any suspect. He did not remotely try to check on any dna/finger print on TBH body/clothes/shoes because he THOUGHT the police would do that. Has the police did it? Nope. How can a pathologist rely on others to do his own job???? He admit his finding didn't add up ... Read morewith his PROFFESSIONAL views too. Let's talk about if you think TBH commited suicide, do you know what naturality on how one would do that? over 90% of commit suicider has previous record on attempting suicide and warn their family and friends that they will do it. How come TBH never had reported one? It takes a hell lot of strength to finish your life. Let alone TBH has a bright future to look forward to. A normal suicider would left their shoe as a sign of leaving their past but TBH shoes were either away from his body or was damaged. So, how come he wanted to commit suicide when all these did not add up?

I didnt refer to any pathologists.. i was just simply reminding you guys that we must be opened to any outcome. About TBH to be a father and getting married is irrelevant to the matter. One can decides to commit suicide in a split second. People are hard to judge, but this is what makes us human.

And what is this talk about 1800+ ppl killed by the authority?

Please speak with evidence, otherwise people would think we are just talk kedai kopi.... Read more

Being impartial is another important thing to do. mature people are impartial.

So i urge the moderators to remove any pics and slanders throughout the page. I'm just worried that other ppl would think we are being political here.

I do not see TBH as a DAP rep PA, but more of a human being where his unfortunate death is questionable, so, we seek justice.

Azrul,

Please be careful in implying that "1800+ ppl killed by the authority". This came from no one but you. Isn't this a slander by itself and should be removed as you said? You got a knack of saying things that wasn't said. These are the people who died in detention, whose death was not documented properly and in most cases, are nameless victims. If you follow up with the events/news, you'll realize that itz not made up and not "just talk kedai kopi".

It also seems that you can't take other views well and seems to take things very personally. To be honest, accusing others of being 'political' is something that is unavoidable. Usually the same accusation hurled against others who doesn't share the same views.... Read more

Anyone can post anything here, including the slanderous statement of yours who said that 1800+ people are 'killed by the authority'. You are free to leave a fan page that does not conform to your requirements.

Azrul, indeed. My husband said the same thing what you have just said at first. Though he did not follow the news but the more I read out news for him, he more he thinks something is fishy. Now, I read the news in full context so no edited or lines in my preferance. Like I said, a person who would commit suicide needs to be pushed over the edge to ... Read morebe able to commit. A potential suicider, always ask themselves THOUSANDS times IS THIS THE END before they really end their life. TBH has no reason whatsoever unless he was pushed over the edge.

Khalid: Zakat can be used to pay admin costs

I was really angry when I read this.

I am already dissatisfied the way the Baitulmal being handled, now Khalid wants to make it worse?

Since when the Selangor state administration are allowed for a piece of cake of Baitulmal?

Since when that they are allowed to call themselves asnaf (people who can claim Zakat)?

No wonder there were pictures of Khalid with the Pusat Zakat Selangor recently. He wants his government a portion of the zakat fund.

I call all Selangor state excos and members to reject this proposal by Khalid.

It's clearly immoral and against the principles of Islam as foretold by Allah in the Quraan.

It is also clear that Khalid has forgotten there is a higher power than of a Menteri Besar.

A new Khir Toyo in the making?

Zakat

Amil - pengurus zakat - gaji pengurus zakat, no bonus, gaji seadanya (more like non-profit organisation punya gaji)

Muallaf - Orang yang baharu memeluk Islam. So jangan lupa yang baru memeluk Islam, anda layak menuntut zakat.

Riqab - Hamba yang menebus dirinya dengan ansuran. Zaman sekarang dah takda hamba.

Bukan Al-Qaeda. More towards jihad dalam memantapkan diri dan menegakkan syiar Islam. For example pendidikan, bina sekolah etc.

Ibnu Sabil - Musafir yang merantau dan putus bekalannya. Pusat zakat Selangor offer tiket penerbangan balik bagi golongan ini. Open to loopholes, tapi ko tau lah keji tak keji manusia can be. Pusat Zakat boleh je investigate lebih lanjut.

Nota: Proses permohonan zakat di Malaysia sgt tedious. Kena isi borang la apa la. Kadang2 tu, tak adil rasa kita tgk org yang memerlukan bantuan perubatan tak dapat terima zakat kononnya tak layak digelar fakir miskin. Be logical. Kalau org tu tak mampu bayar, maknanya dia boleh digolongkan dalam konteks gharim.

Pusat Zakat Selangor kutip zakat RM100 Juta setahun. Tetapi agihan pula taktau bagaimana. Bukak statistiks diorg jumlah kutipan ada, jumlah agihan tiada. dodgy? husnuzon lah takat ni. tp Pusat Zakat satu Malaysia kena:

1. transparent (tunjuk semua stats - jumlah kutipan/jumlah agihan lengkap)
2. tunjuk gaji pengurus zakat - setaraf corporate ke non-profit organisation?
3. satukan tabung satu malaysia, sebab org Selangor (ramai kaya) boleh tolong org kelantan (ramai miskin). So i guess takda isu kutipan berlebihan daripada agihan.
4. tabung/dana pusat zakat MUST be Pay and Go (which means, Pusat Zakat should not be allowed to INVEST the money)

Wallahualam.

Iskandar Malaysia

1. I have very little knowledge about Iskandar Malaysia.
2. All information that I know about Iskandar Malaysia was only obtained from the web.
3. I am also aware about Singapore wanting to invest in Iskandar Malaysia. Well let them come and put their money to Malaysia. Although you don't have to sell the lands to them.
4. Upon a quick, simple inspection using Google Earth, Iskandar Malaysia spanning from Pontian, Senai, Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang will be literally and figuratively larger than Singapore.
5. However, I can't fail to notice how dark, dirty and shit-like the water surrounding The Malaysia-Singapore Causeway.
6. I think we should revisit the Crooked Bridge plan, as long as it will not benefit Mahathir and his cronies one single cent. If we build it, Malaysians should prosper, not the selected bangsawan few.
7. I was also informed that we only sell 1000 gallons of raw water for only 3 sen or 0.42 Singapore dollar, and then we buy filtered water from Singapore back. What great business is that?
8. Melaka buys 1000 gallons of raw water from Johor for 30 sen. It seems that we love Singapore so much or maybe we are too scared of them. They got bigger guns, you know!
9. Going back to Iskandar Malaysia, I have a few suggestions although I am skeptical the Malaysian government will ever listen to a puny blogger like me.
10. First of, Pontian towards Kukup can be developed as a great tourist attraction. The beach is alright and the water is calm. I have never been to Pontian but I am informed that it is already a tourist destination, notably the Pulau Kukup. Long beach overlooking a quite big Pulau Kukup stretching towards Tanjung Piai where a lighthouse can be buit there to help ships going towards.... the causeway! (will discuss this later)
11. Maybe a theme park can be placed in Pontian (or JB) as well. Pontian can be theme park city while Kukup will be retain the quitness and traditional Kampung village for the tourist to chill in.
12. Ships can then enter the Johor strait and a great harbour can be improved in the white area from the map called Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
13. I do not know how deep the sea level in Johor Strait, but smaller ships (and maybe bigger ships can go pass through the Second Link Bridge (being replaced by the new suspension bridge) towards Johor Bahru.
14. Ships can then go to Pasir Gudang straight from Tanjung Piai (vice versa). The Johor Bahru Causeway will be replaced by a suspension bridge, crooked or not to allow water flowing smoothly and improve ecological quality in that area. Again this can also allow ships going pass the strait with ease especially when they are transporting goods from Pasir Gudang.
15. All of my suggestions above shouldn't have anything to do with Singapore as we are only developing our side of the country (except for the bridges).
16. I really think we should ask something back from Singapore for doing them a favour GIVING raw water at a very, very, very cheap price. i.e. like and UFTI or GIFT for some peculiar reasons.
17. Oh wait a minute, we don't want anything from them, we are only developing our own nation inside our OWN sovereignty.
18. Must be wise lah, kawan!
19. So maybe it's wise to renegotiate the water fee since we don't actually benefit anything from that deal. We can filter our own water for God sake! As a 'ransom', tell Singapore to build the brudges together. Report to a world environment authority giving them evidence on how shit the water is now surrounding the causeway. Independant tribunal can also be sought (Pedra Branca was successful for them although we were fighting over stupid rocks).
20. Just look at how dark and dirty the water is from a satelite image:
