Number of students who obtain A+ for Chinese (compulsory subject in SMJK) is very very low this year, e.g. a top SMJK school only have 2 A+ scorers, who may not score A+ in all other subjects. Maybe that explains why. Not sure of the reason though.
We only look and judge at the official results released by Examination Council. But, who can tell whether the marks are genuine and no manuplation, especially after the CLP mess. With the high number of top scholars in certain ethinic group, re-examination of examination scripts could verify the real truth ..
The top scholars are selected based on the official results released by the Examination Council. But, can the result be fully reliable, no manuplation? After the mess in CLP exam, should there be 'extra work' to verify the true achievers ..
u see there's a fine line between wanting to know the real truth and wanting the result to be as what u always wanted
